Who we are

Since 2023, we have been providing comprehensive office administration services to Kazakhstan as well as overseas clients.

Our services

We represent our clients in relations (including negotiations, correspondence) with counterparties and other third parties, both physical and legal, as well as in relations with any other third parties (legal and physical), in any state and municipal authorities, commercial, non-commercial, public and other organizations and institutions, including, but not limited to the above list:
Tax authorities, notary offices, registrars, depositories, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, justice, customs, law enforcement, supervisory and other authorities, commercial, non-commercial, public and other organizations and institutions.


We take a personalized approach to each of our clients, allowing us to meet the most specific requirements while providing comfortable access to our services.

01.

Postal and secretarial services

- receiving correspondence addressed to the Customer and the sole executive body of the Customer at post offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- reception of incoming correspondence; reception of calls - on working days from 09 AM to 6 PM;
- transfer of information on the content of incoming correspondence and calls to the Customer;
- organization of sending correspondence from the Customer to the addressees appointed by the Customer;
- submission and receipt of official documents on behalf of the Customer to state, municipal and other bodies and organizations;
- courier services for receiving and sending packages and parcels of the Customer;
- receiving on behalf of the Customer any information, both oral and written, in the form of statements, certificates, notices, etc.;
- execution of requests, information letters, notices, powers of attorney and other documents; internal documentation of the Customer: minutes/decisions of management bodies, storage of constituent documents, orders, regulations, instructions, etc.

Administrative services

- interaction with landlords, real estate agencies on issues related to the lease and operation of the Customer's office;
- procurement of office supplies, office equipment, furniture and office inventory;
- interaction with legal, auditing and accounting companies on issues related to the Customer's services;
- purchase of air tickets and travel support for the Customer's employees and guests, booking and ordering of cabs and hotels, as well as organization of representative events.

Treasury services

- preparation of payment documents and currency control documents;
- preparation, coordination and provision of answers to requests of territorial subdivisions of tax authorities, extra-budgetary funds;
- preparation and coordination of answers to the banks' requests within the framework of "financial monitoring" and individual requests;
- interaction with banks on the issues of servicing of the Customer's accounts and provision of other banking services;
- preparation and submission of questionnaires and other necessary documents to the banks for regular procedures to keep the Customer's bank accounts active;
- preparation and sending of documents to banks in connection with changes in constituent documents, change of legal address and other changes to update information on the Customer's settlement accounts;
- support of opening of bank accounts, deposit accounts, DEPO accounts and connection of other banking services;
- preparation and submission of sets of documents for currency control procedures;
- representation of the Customer's interests in interaction with controlling authorities and external auditors; assistance in in-house and field tax audits, participation in tax disputes.
